Kamu dapat membuka tambahan senjata dengan melakukan sinkronisasi atas save data dari versi PSP atasAssassin's Creed: Bloodlines dengan versi PS3 atas Assassin's Creed II. Hubungkan PSP dengan PS3 menggunakan sebuah kabel USB, dengan KEDUA game dalam keadaan berjalan. Lalu, pilih "Connectivity" dari options menu padaAssassin's Creed II, dan pilih "Connect to PS3" dari Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines. Kedua game akan saling mengeceksave data yang ada dan akan membuka tambahan senjata dan tambahan lainnya berdasar apa yang telah kamu tempuh. Jika kamu telah menyelesaikan story-mode pada Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines maka akan memberikan tambahan enam senjata yang akan muncul di villa.

Dalam assassin's tomb pada Santa Maria Delle Visitazione, sebelum memasuki ruangan yang menjadi lokasimu untuk mendapatkan salah satu seal yang dibutuhkan untuk Armour of Altair, terdapat sebuah ruangan besar yang dipenuhi dengan air yang akan menjadi lokasimu untuk berlatih obstacle course. Sebelum melakukan latihan, aktifkan leverdan berdirilah di ujung pijakan untuk melihat ke dalam air. Setelah menunggu selama 1 menit, sesosok besar akan muncul dan berenang di dalam air sambil memperhatikanmu dengan mata kuningnya. Setelah batas waktu leverhabis, aktifkan kembali lever tersebut dan berdirilah lagi di posisi yang sama untuk menunggu. Tentakel raksasa akan muncul dan menyerang Ezio, tapi kamu berhasil menghindar di detik terakhir.
